With a portfolio of happy families in neighbourhoods all over Silicon Valley, TKS Construction has been growing steadily by word of mouth and referrals in the bespoke residential new build sphere in the Bay Area since being taken over by founder T.K Singh's grandson, Karan Bakshi in 2016.
Karan’s approach centres on delivering more for less, with a focus on aligning all stakeholders at the project outset and empowering homeowners with all the information needed to make critical decisions to control budgets and timelines.
